Conrad and Schmidt. Consultina Engineers. Inc. dba SCS Field Services <br />("CONTRACTOR"). <br />OWNER and CONTRACTOR, in consideration of the mutual covenants hereinafter set forth, agree as <br />follows: <br />ARTICLE 1 WORK <br />1.1 CONTRACTOR as an independent contractor and not as an employee shall furnish and complete all <br />of the necessary labor, material, and equipment to perform the work as specified or indicated in the <br />Contract Documents. Sideslope Collectors <br />e. Landfill Gas Appurtenances and Fittings <br />f. Compressed Air and Force Main Piping, Fittings, Valves, and Ancillary Components. <br />g. Survey <br />2. Bid Item No. 2. Public Construction Bond and Insurance. <br />3. Bid Item No. 3. Mobilization and Demobilization. <br />4. Bid Item No. 4. Contingency Allowance at OWNER's Discretion.
