Schryver, P.S.M., County Surveyor <br />SUBJECT: Work Order No. 2 — Southeastern Surveying and Mapping Corporation <br />Indian River Blvd. (Merrill Barber Bridge to 53rd St.) Topographic Design Survey <br />IRC -1707 <br />DATE: December 30, 2020 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />On October 4, 2016, the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners approved the Professional <br />Service Agreement for Annual Land Surveying and Mapping Services Contract 1605 with Southeastern <br />Surveying and Mapping Corporation and on October 4, 2020 executed the second of two renewals per <br />the agreement for two years (2020-2022). <br />Work Order No. 2, with Southeastern Surveying and Mapping Corporation, is to perform all related field <br />and office surveying and mapping services in connection with the preparation of a topographic design <br />survey for a portion of Indian River Boulevard. The survey will begin at the Merrill Barber Bridge <br />intersection and extend north to 53rd Street (approximately 3 miles). <br />This project will provide Indian River County Engineering staff with a comprehensive topographic survey <br />to be utilized in the design of roadway improvements. <br />Attached, please find Southeastern Surveying and Mapping Corporation Work Order No. 2 to provide the <br />requested professional surveying and mapping services. Southeastern Surveying and Mapping <br />Corporation has submitted Exhibit A, Scope of Services for a lump sum amount of $59,258.00. <br />FUNDING <br />Funding for this project in the lump sum amount of $59,258.00 is budgeted and available through the <br />Secondary Roads Gas Tax, Account No. 10921441-033490-05007 Annual Survey Services. <br />79 <br />
