Bd®K 95 Put 403 <br />Jeff Aikens of 8605 55th Avenue stated that the church has <br />been mentioned many times but the Planning & Zoning Commission had <br />advised they could not tell anyone what is going on that property. <br />His property is zoned commercial and he would be against a church <br />in the commercial area as he feels development will be discouraged. <br />Attorney Warren W. Dill of 9025 US #l, representing Steven <br />Lewis and Heidi Gorsuch of 8680 Shore Lane, advised that Dr. <br />Lewis's and Dr. Gorsuch's property is 400 to 500 feet from the <br />property to be redesignated, close enough to be impacted. If the <br />redesignation is approved, his cl=ients will be able to see and hear <br />the development, as well as being subject to the increased traffic <br />impact. Therefore, they are affected persons pursuant to Florida <br />Statutes, which gives them the right to participate. He expressed <br />his regret that his clients were unable to attend the meeting due <br />to pressing family matters.
