Brown, County Administrator <br />THROUGH: Tad Stone, Director <br />Department of Emergency Services <br />FROM: Erin Sawyer, Staff Assistant IV <br />Department of Emergency Services <br />DATE: November 18, 2020 <br />SUBJECT: Request of Ownership Change from Falck Southeast II, Corp d/b/a <br />All County Ambulance for Present Class "E" and Class "B" <br />Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity <br />It is respectfully requested that the information contained herein be given formal consideration by <br />the Board of County Commissioners at the next scheduled meeting. <br />Background: <br />On March 10, 2020, the Board approved a Class `B" and Class `B" Certificate of Public <br />Convenience and Necessity to provide wheelchair/Stretcher and Interfacility Ambulance <br />Transportation Services for Falck Southeast II, Corp d/b/a All County Ambulance. On November <br />11, 2020 an application was submitted for an ownership change from Falck Southeast II, Corp <br />d/b/a All County Ambulance to RG Ambulance Service, Inc. All other information and <br />requirements that were provided during the initial application process remained the same. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends the Board of County Commissioners approve the change of ownership and issue <br />a new Class "E" and Class `B" COPCN certificate to reflect the ownership change. <br />Attachments: <br />1.
