(c) All rights and remedies set forth in this Lease or otherwise available at law or in
<br />equity shall he cumulative and may be pursued concurrently or successively. Landlord may resort to any
<br />one or more of its available remedies or rights, and the adoption of one or moree such remedies or .rights
