Revised Attachment A <br />As a Federally Qualified Health Center, Treasure Coast Community Health (TCCH) is qualified to <br />provide safe medical primary care to all people who have been impacted by the public health <br />emergency of COVID-19. <br />TCCH will provide the following services related to Covid-19 testing and treatment: <br />• PCR Testing (the "Gold Standard" in testing), using nasal swabs <br />o In conjunction with LabCorp or Quest Laboratories <br />o At one of their 7 medical sites (located in Fellsmere, Sebastian, Gifford, United <br />Against Poverty, 787 37th Street, Central Vero or Oslo Road) <br />o For all ages, races and ethnicities regardless of symptoms <br />o Positive results reported to Florida Department of Health and person tested <br />• Rapid (Screening) Testing <br />o Upon request for students and first responders <br />• Vaccinations <br />o Utilizing drive through locations at 3 locations (4 to 6 days/ week). The 3 <br />Locations are: Operation Hope; Intergenerational Center; and Gifford Health <br />Center <br />o On -Site vaccinations at small business (i.e. Salvation Army, Indian River County <br />Jail, B &W Quality Growers) <br />
