Governor <br />Noah Valenstein <br />Secretary <br />In accordance with DEP Directive 100, the following referenced delegation(s) are hereby <br />delegated to the delegate(s) listed. <br />Delegation Reference <br />Dele ate s <br />DEL -113, $1,000,000 Signature Authority <br />• Alex Reed, Director of Resilience <br />and Coastal Protection <br />DELAE, Over $1,000,000 Signature <br />• Alex Reed, Director of Resilience <br />Authority <br />and Coastal Protection <br />• Adam Blalock, Deputy Secretary of <br />Ecosystems Restoration <br />Limitations to the delegation(s): Signature Authority is granted only for Grant <br />Agreements, for all projects under the Beaches Management Funding Assistance <br />Program. <br />The exercise of these delegations shall be consistent with all applicable rules, statutes, <br />administrative directives, policies and procedures. These delegations should be exercised <br />with a high degree of judgment and caution. If there is any doubt whether exercising this <br />delegated authority is inconsistent with any of the above limitations, the person whom the <br />authority is delegated shall not exercise the authority without first consulting Noah <br />Valenstein, Secretary. <br />This delegation of authority revokes, replaces, and supersedes all previous delegations <br />within the Office of the Secretary and Office of Resilience and Coastal Protection. <br />
