B. Indian River County will provide connection to the County's electronic project management system (e -Builder). Appropriate approvals must be received from Indian River County prior to their use. FDOT will furnish and support the software packages for SiteManager or MACS if required by FDOT. 6.0 ITEMS FURNISHED BY THE CONSULTANT: 6.1 Indian River County Documents: All applicable FDOT documents referenced herein shall be a condition of this Agreement. All FDOT documents, directives, procedures, and standard forms are available through the FDOT's Internet website. Most items can be purchased through the following address. All others can be acquired through the District Office or on-line at the FDOT's website. All Indian River County documents, directives, procedures, and standard forms are available upon request from the Indian River County Project Manager. 6.3 Office Automation: Provide all software and hardware necessary to efficiently and effectively carry out the responsibilities under this Agreement. All informational, contractual and other business required for this project will be through a system of paperless electronic means. Access to the construction management software e -Builder website will be provided by the County. When the specifications require a written submission of documentation, if possible, such documents must be submitted electronically. All documents requiring a signature must be executed electronically by both parties in accordance with Chapter 668, Florida Statutes, and have the same force and effect as a written signature. Indian River County will provide a web -based. collaboration site to facilitate the electronic document exchange. All persons requiring access to the collaboration site shall be identified during the preconstruction conference. Ownership and possession of computer equipment and related software, which is provided by the Consultant, shall remain at all times with the Consultant. The Consultant shall retain responsibility for risk of loss or damage to said equipment during performance of this Agreement.
