Work performed prior to ENGINEER's review and
approval of the pertinent submittal will be at the sole
expense and responsibility of CONTRACTOR.
D. Submittal Procedures
1. Before submitting each Shop Drawing
or Sample, CONTRACTOR shall have
determined and verified:
under the Contract Documents with respect to
CONTRACTOR's review and approval of that
submittal.
approve Shop Drawings and Samples in
accordance with the schedule of Shop Drawings
and Sample submittals acceptable to ENGI-
in the Work, conform to the information given in
the Contract Documents and be compatible with
the design concept of the completed Project as
a functioning whole as indicated by the Contract
Documents.
