M J MASTELLER & MOLER INC. 1655 27t1 Street, Ste. 2, Vero Beach, FL 32960 <br />M —CIVIL ENGINEERS ~ (772) 567-5300 <br />AMENDMENT 2 TO CCNA2018 WORK ORDER 1 <br />HOBART PARK BASEBALL FIELDS — IRC -1759 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />It is understood a new Florida Building Code was adopted on December 31, 2020 and as such, <br />the Hobart Park Baseball Complex Phase 1 plans need to be reviewed for compliance with the <br />latest code to determine if any substantial design changes need to be made. <br />In order to allow for the Phase 1 Hobart Park Baseball Complex improvements to be constructed, <br />we shall perform the following scope of services: <br />Scope of Work: <br />Part I — Architectural Review/Update/Permitting (by Donadio & Associates) <br />Update the floor plan and building elevation construction documents per the new FBC 2020. <br />Upon completion, the plans will be submitted to IRC Building Department for permitting <br />review. Upon receipt of Request for Additional Information (RAI's) from the Building <br />Department, we will work closely to develop responses to their concerns until they are ready <br />to issue the permit. <br />Masteller & Moler, Inc. will coordinate with the architectural sub -consultant to include the <br />updated construction documents for the project into the construction plans. <br />Part II — Structural Engineering Review/Update (by ML Engineering, Inc.) <br />Update the Updated the Building Wind Design Pressures and Structural Notes on the <br />construction documents per the new FBC 2020. <br />Part III — Electrical & Mechanical Engineering (by Treasure Coast Engineering, Inc.) <br />Revise the previously prepared MEP construction documents to reflect the project being <br />updated to reflect the new FBC 2020 and NEC 2017. <br />Masteller & Moler, Inc. will coordinate with the electrical sub -consultant to include the <br />updated construction documents for the project onto the construction plans. <br />Field Lighting Status: Masteller & Moler, Inc. has coordinated with Musco Lighting and have <br />been advised there will be no need for revisions to their designs to meet the 2020 Florida Building <br />Code. It is our understanding as Musco Lighting is to be sole sourced, they have agreed to not <br />charge us any fees for their design work. <br />87 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
