This Amendment is issued pursuant to the Agreement dated January 1, 2019 between Florida Power& <br /> Light Company(hereinafter referred to as"FPL")and Indian River County for FPL Care To Share®Program <br /> Agreement(hereinafter the"Agreement"). <br /> 2. This Amendment changes paragraphs I. Eligibility Criteria,subparagraph 9 as amended below: <br /> a. The below paragraph located on page (3) three of the Agreement is hereby deleted, replaced, <br /> and superseded by the following(additions indicated with underline and deletions indicated with <br /> strikethrough): <br /> • Must follow the income guidelines provided below in Table 1.1, which will be updated <br /> annually based on the ALICE (Asset Limited Income Constrained Employed) reporting which <br /> will be provided by United Way. The annual updated ALICE guidelines will be provided to the <br /> Agency by FPL,as soon as possible,for immediate distribution and implementation to all the <br /> offices of the Agency administering FPL Care To Share funds.
