<br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING A
<br />PORTION OF AN EASEMENT LOCATED AT 1630 SHUCKERS POINT IN OYSTER
<br />BAY SUBDIVISION
<br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a Limited Access Easement and Landscape Buffer
<br />located at 1630 Shockers Point, in Oyster Bay Subdivision; and
<br />WHEREAS, Scott Parsons, the owner of the property, has made application to Indian River County,
<br />requesting that the County release a portion of the easement; and
<br />WHEREAS, the retention of the easement, as described below, serves no public purpose;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida that:
<br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest
<br />that it may have in the following described easement:
<br />to release a portion of the east twenty-four (24) foot limited access easement and landscape buffer being
<br />described as follows: commencing at the southeast caner of Lot 2, Oyster Bay Subdivision, Plat Book 12, Page 96,
<br />Indian River County, Florida, thence south 89 4847" west, along the south line of said Lot 2 a distance of'24.85
<br />feet, to an intersection with the west line of a 24 foot wide limited access easement and landscape buffer recorded in
<br />Oyster Bay Subdivision, Plat Book 12, Page 96 Indian River County, Florida; thence north 15 14'08" west, along
<br />said west line north 15 14'08" west, a distance of'50.47 feet; thence departing said west line north 89 48'47" east
<br />and parallel with the south line of Lot 2, a distance of 19.90 feet; thence south 00 1 P 13" east, a -distance of 48.74
<br />feet; thence south 89 48'47" west, and parallel with the south line of Lot 2, a distance of 6.80 feet, to an intersection
<br />with the west line of a 24 foot wide limited access easement and landscape buffer and the point of beginning.
<br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of
<br />Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960.
<br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner O'Bryan , seconded by
<br />Commissioner Adams , and adopted on the 20th day of May , 2021,
<br />by the following vote:
