RESOLUTION NO. 2021-033 <br />to make proper entries upon the records to accomplish such cancellation and to <br />do all things necessary to carry out the provisions of section 196.28, F.S.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, that any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current against the <br />following described lands which were purchased by Indian River County from <br />Catherine C. Detko, a single adult, for a future stormwater treatment facility and <br />for drainage purposes, are hereby cancelled pursuant to the authority of section <br />196.28, F.S. <br />See Warranty Deed describing lands, recorded in <br />O.R. Book 3411, Page 2342 of the Public Records <br />of Indian River County, Florida. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner o' Bryan , and <br />the motion was seconded by Commissioner Adams , and, upon being put to <br />a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Commissioner Joseph E. Flescher AYE <br />Commissioner Peter D. O'Bryan AYE <br />Commissioner Susan Adams AYE <br />Commissioner Joseph H. Earman AYE <br />Commissioner Laura Moss <br />AYE <br />The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution duly passed and <br />adopted this 20th day of May, 2021. <br />2 <br />
