d) Qualified staff is provided by IRC (Stormwater Division) to deliver environmental <br />lessons that align with the SIL Curriculum. All staff will be provided up front <br />professional development and training to support the implementation of the program. <br />e) Participating entities will be a part of a continuous improvement reflection process that <br />includes a Before Action Review (BAR) and After Action Review (AAR). <br />2) Any significant program changes need to be approved by all entities through collaborative <br />reflection. <br />IV. Joint Responsibilities for Communication and Development of Timelines <br />The group agrees to the following joint responsibilities -- <br />1) Each entity has appointed a key contact person for the 2021 Program as follows: <br />o IRC - Stormwater Division: Alexis Peralta, aheraltaA-,' j_c'ov_.com <br />o TLA Program Manager: Debbi Arseneaux, darseneauxi�_i'thelcarningalliance.or,y 202- <br />446-6940 <br />o MSA Administrator/Principals: Mike Reed (CES), Michael. reed e�-ii dirlilri4erschools_org: <br />Stacey Miller (RMS), staacey.milleriu,,indian►•iverschools.org <br />These key contacts will maintain frequent communication to facilitate cooperation under this <br />MOU. <br />2) These key contacts will work together to determine appropriate timelines for program planning, <br />updates, status reports, and program evaluation. <br />3) These key contacts will collaborate to provide appropriate training, professional development, and <br />support of teachers to implement the program. <br />2021 Important Dates/Times: <br />• June 3: professional development for staff <br />• June 4: planning & prep <br />Program. Dates: June 7 -July 2 <br />Program hours 8a-lp Monday -Friday <br />■ Environmental Partners scheduled Tuesdays and Wednesdays from <br />8:45a -12p <br />■ Showcase on Thurs, July 1 <br />VI. Participating Entity Financial Responsibilities <br />1) IRC (Stormwater Division) will provide an Environmental Education Specialist to lead <br />interdisciplinary lessons in alignment with all organizational goals and as such, planning and <br />teaching hours will fall under the scope of current IRC priorities. <br />2) If necessary, IRC (Stormwater Division) will request any necessary additional materials to <br />support program implementation and these will be provided by The Learning Alliance. <br />
