RESOLUTION NO. 95-75 <br />SECTION 2. PUBLIC SALE. There are hereby authorized to be <br />sold pursuant to a public sale n6t to exceed $15,000,000 Indian <br />River County, Florida, General Obligation Bonds. <br />SECTION 3. PROVISIONS FOR REDEMPTION. Series 1995 Bonds or <br />portions thereof maturing in the years 1996 to 2003, both <br />inclusive, are not redeemable prior to their stated dates of <br />maturity. Series 1995 Bonds or portions thereof maturing on July <br />1, 2004 and thereafter are redeemable prior to their stated dates <br />of maturity, at the option of the County as a whole or in part on <br />July 1, 2003, or on any date thereafter, in such manner approved by <br />the County, at a redemption price (expressed as a percentage of the <br />principal amount thereof as set forth in the table below), together <br />with accrued interest on the par amount so redeemed to the <br />redemption date, if redeemed in the following periods: <br />Redemption Period Redemption Price <br />(both dates inclusive) (Percentage of Par) <br />July 1, 2003 to June 30, 2004 102% <br />July 1, 2004 to June 30, 2005 101 <br />July 1, 2005 and thereafter 100, <br />Notice of such redemption shall, not less than thirty (30) and <br />not more than sixty (60) days prior to the redemption date, be <br />filed with the Registrar, and mailed, postage prepaid, to all <br />Owners of Bonds to be redeemed at their addresses as they appear on <br />the registration books hereinbefore provided for, but failure to <br />mail such notice to one or more Owners of Bonds shall not affect <br />the validity of the proceedings for such redemption with respect to <br />Owners of Bonds to which notice was duly mailed hereunder. Each <br />such notice shall set forth (a) the numbers of the Bonds to be <br />redeemed, by giving the individual certificate number of each Bond <br />to be redeemed (or stating that all Bonds between two stated certi- <br />ficate numbers, both inclusive, are to be redeemed, or that all of <br />the Bonds of one or -more maturities have -been called for redemp- <br />tion); (b). the CUSIP numbers of all Bonds being redeemed; (c) in <br />the case of a partial redemption of Bonds, the principal amount of <br />each Bond being redeemed; (d) the date of issue of the Bond as <br />originally issued and the complete official name of the Bonds, <br />including the series designation; (e) the rate or rates of interest <br />borne by each Bond being redeemed; (f) the maturity date of each <br />Bond being redeemed; (g) the place or places where amounts due upon <br />such redemption will be payable; (h) the publication date, redemp- <br />tion date and redemption price; and (i) the name, address, tele- <br />phone number and contact person at the office of the Registrar with <br />respect to such redemption. <br />Notice of such redemption also shall be sent by the Registrar <br />by overnight delivery service or other secure overnight means, <br />postage prepaid, to any registered owner of $1,000,000 or more in <br />aggregate principal amount of Bonds to be redeemed, to certain <br />K, <br />49 <br />June 20, 1995 <br />8DD 5 �Au 4,96 <br />
