ma 95 o ,I � <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-75 <br />The County expects to receive commitments from municipal bond insurers to issue a municipal <br />bond insurance policy 'insuring the payment of principal and interest, when due, on the Bonds. The <br />provision of municipal bond insurance is optional as further described in the Official Notice of Sale. <br />Identification of the municipal bond insurer selected by the County will be provided [by Munifacts] prior <br />to the date bids are required to be submitted. Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, Jacksonville, <br />Florida, is serving as Disclosure Counsel to the County in connection with the issuance of the Bonds. <br />Certain legal matters will be passed on for the County by Charles P. Vitunac, County Attorney. Fishkind <br />& Associates, Inc. is serving as Financial Advisor to the County in connection with the issuance of the <br />Bonds.
