benefits, from any source, for any damage identified on the applicable Project Worksheets, for which the Subrecipient <br />has received payment from the Recipient. <br />c. The Subrecipient agrees to notify the Recipient in writing within thirty (30) days <br />of the date it becomes aware of the possible availability of, applies for, or receives funds, regardless of the source, <br />which could reasonably be considered as duplicate benefits. <br />d. In the event the Recipient determines the Subrecipient has received duplicate <br />benefits, the Subrecipient gives the /Recipient the express authority to offset the amount of any such duplicate <br />benefits by withholding them from any other funds otherwise due and payable to the Subrecipient, and to use such <br />remedies as may be available administratively or at law to recover such benefits. <br />(34) ATTACHMENTS <br />a. All attachments to this Agreement are incorporated as if set out fully. <br />b. In the event of any inconsistencies or conflict between the language of this <br />Agreement and the attachments, the language of the attachments shall control, but only to the extent of the conflict <br />or inconsistency. <br />c.
