Board of County Commissioners Meeting Minutes - Final April 6, 2021 <br />Attachments: Finance Department Staff Report <br />Approved <br />8.H. 21-0265 Annual HUD Grant Renewals for Continuum of Care (CoC)Programs <br />Recommended Action: Staff recommends the Board acknowledge the renewal of the nine grants currently <br />awarded by HUD in the aggregate amount of $1,055,508. Staff further request <br />Board's acceptance of the grant agreements upon their arrival and authorize <br />Chairman to execute each individual Continuum of Care Program Grant Agreement <br />upon receipt and review by County Attorney as to form and legal sufficiency. <br />Attachments: Staff Report <br />HUD RENEWAL Announcement 2021 <br />Approved staffs recommendation <br />8.1. 21-0353 Resolution Formally Designating A Portion of Certain County Owned Property as <br />Right -Of -Way <br />Recommended Action: Adopt the resolution, and authorize the Chairman to execute same for recordation <br />in the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />Attachments: Staff Report <br />Resolution <br />Exhibit A (right-of-way) <br />Exhibit B (remainder) <br />Approved Resolution 2021-026, formally designating certain County owned property <br />for 58th Avenue and 37th Street right-of-way, and directing the Property Appraiser to <br />cut out the property designated as right-of-way from the parent parcel. <br />8.J. 21-0354 Resolution Restructuring the Agriculture Advisory Committee <br />Recommended Action: The County Attorney's Office recommends that the Board approve the resolution as <br />presented. <br />Attachments: Staff Report <br />AAC Resolution <br />Commissioner Moss inquired about the proposed restructuring of the Agriculture <br />Advisory Committee. Commissioner Adams offered clarification, making note <br />that she felt confident with the changes. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Adams, seconded by Chairman Flescher, to <br />approve Resolution 2021-027, restructuring the membership of the Indian River <br />County Agriculture Advisory Committee.
