NOTICE OF PUBLIC <br />HEARING- PLANNED <br />DEVELOPMENT REQUEST <br />This is notice of a public hearing by the Board of <br />County Commissioners to consider granting approval <br />of a conceptual Planned Development (PD) plan and <br />adoption of an ordinance to rezone approximately <br />27.69 Acres from RS -6, Residential Single -Family (up to <br />6 units/acre) to PD, Planned Development. The subject <br />of the hearing is a proposal by Crest Residential, LLC to <br />develop a project to be known as The Griffon North PD. <br />The project proposes a maximum of 166 multi -family <br />units at a density of 5.99 units/acre. The project site is <br />located on the south side of 26th Street, approximately <br />1,650 feet east of 82nd Avenue (see location map). <br />A public hearing, at which parties in interest and citizens <br />shall have an opportunity to be heard, will be held by <br />the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, in the County Commission Chambers <br />of the County Administration Building, located at 1801 <br />27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida on Tuesday, March 16, <br />2021 at 9:00 a.m. <br />Please direct planning -related questions to the Current <br />Development Planning Section at 772-226-1003. All <br />documents pertaining to this request are on file in <br />the Indian River County Planning Division, located <br />at 1801 27th Street within building "A" of the .County <br />Administration Complex: Documents may be reviewed <br />by members of the public during normal business <br />hours.
