INDIAN RIVER COUNTY AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN AGREEMENT <br />THIS INDIAN RIVER COUNTY AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN AGREEMENT <br />("Agreement") is entered into as of the 8th day of June , 2021 by and between Indian <br />River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose address is 1801 27t` Street, <br />Vero Beach, Florida, 32960 ("Recipient"), and Indian River County Chamber of Commerce, Inc., <br />a Florida not-for-profit corporation, whose address is 1216 211 Street, Vero Beach, FL, 32960 (the <br />"Subrecipient"). <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, Recipient has received funds as part of the American Rescue Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, Recipient is required to comply with the requirements set forth in the <br />attached U.S. Department of the Treasury Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund Award Terms <br />and Conditions (the "Conditions"); and <br />WHEREAS, Recipient is proposing to provide $275,000 to Subrecipient to be used for a <br />Tourism Promotion Campaign; and <br />WHEREAS, Subrecipient as part of the acceptance of this assistance agrees to comply <br />with the Conditions. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual undertakings herein and other good <br />and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties <br />agree, as follows: <br />1. Recitals. The above recitals are true and correct and are incorporated herein. <br />2. Payments. The Recipient will make a total disbursement to Subrecipient of up to <br />$275,000, which shall be made in 4 separate disbursements of $68,750. Recipient will <br />make an initial disbursement of $68,750 to Subrecipient within 14 days of the final <br />execution of this Agreement. Iia order to receive additional disbursements, the <br />Subrecipient must file with the Recipient Budget Department its request for reimbursement <br />along with documentation that the disbursement had been fully spent and how the <br />disbursement was used. Upon verification and approval by Recipient, the next <br />disbursement will be made to Subrecipient. <br />3. Comuliance Requirements. Subrecpient agrees to comply with the U.S. Department of <br />the Treasury Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund Award Terms and Conditions <br />attached as Exhibit "A". <br />4. Scope of Work. Subrecipient shall perform the tasks as identified and set forth in the Scope <br />of Work, which is attached as Exhibit `B". <br />Page I of 2 <br />
