Wall height shall be measured from the grade elevation of the <br />parking area adjacent to the loading dock. Plantings along the wall are required in accordance with the <br />standards of landscape section 926.08. <br />(9) Special district requirements. <br />(a) PRO—Professional office district. <br />Location and land use. <br />a. The PRO district may be established in areas designated as L-1, L-2, M-1, M-2 or <br />commercial on the future land use map. <br />b.
