Emergency Services District <br /> The Board of County Commissioners reconvened as the Board of Commissioners of <br /> the Solid Waste Disposal District. The motion carried by the <br /> following vote: <br /> Aye: 5- Chairman Flescher, Vice Chairman O'Bryan, Commissioner Adams, <br /> Commissioner Earman, and Commissioner Moss <br /> 15.6.1. 21-0366 Approval of Minutes Meeting of January 19, 2021 <br /> Recommended Action: Approve <br /> Attachments: 01192021 SWDD Draft <br /> Approved <br /> 15.6.2. 21-0375 Approval of Meeting Minutes February 02, 2021 <br /> Recommended Action: Approve <br /> Attachments: 02022021 SWDD Draft <br /> Approved <br /> 15.6.3. 21-0405 Approval of Work Change Directive and Final Pay to Summit Construction of <br /> Vero Beach, LLC <br /> Recommended Action: Solid Waste Disposal District staff recommends that its Board approve the <br /> following: a)Approve Work Change Directive with Summit Construction of <br /> Vero Beach, LLC, for $14,839 to install additional concrete footing and <br /> thickened edge, and authorize the Chairman to execute the same, as presented; <br /> and, b)Approve Final Pay to Summit Construction of Vero Beach, LLC of <br /> $51,042 <br /> Attachments: Staff Report <br /> Summit Work Change Directive and Final Invoice <br /> There was no discussion regarding this item. <br /> Indian River County Florida Page 1 <br />
