RESOLUTION NO. 2021- A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT LOCATED AT 1630 SHUCKERS POINT IN OYSTER BAY SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a Limited Access Easement and Landscape Buffer located at 1630 Shuckers Point, in Oyster Bay Subdivision; and WHEREAS, Scott Parsons, the owner of the property, has made application to Indian River County requesting that the County release a portion of the easement; and WHEREAS, the retention of the easement, as described below, serves no public purpose; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may have in the following described easement: to release a portion of the east twenty-four (24) foot limited access easement and landscape buffer being described as follows: commencing at the southeast corner of Lot 2, Oyster Bay Subdivision, Plat Book 12, Page 96, Indian River County, Florida, thence south 89 4847" west, along the south line of said Lot 2 a distance of 24.85 feet, to an intersection with the west line of a 24 foot wide limited access easement and landscape buffer recorded in Oyster Bay Subdivision, Plat Book 12, Page 96 Indian River County, Florida; thence north 15 14'08" west, along said west line north 15 14'0811 west, a distance of 50.47 feet; thence departing said west line north 89 48' 47" east and parallel with the south line of Lot 2, a distance of 19.90 feet; thence south 00 11'13" east, a distance of 48.74 feet; thence south 89 48'47" west, andparallel with the south line of Lot 2, a distance of 6.80 feet, to an intersection with the west line of a 24 foot wide limited access easement and landscape buffer and the point of beginning. , This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960.
