EXHIBIT "A" <br />AMENDMENT NUMBER 1 CCNA2018 WORK ORDER NUMBER 10 <br />NORTH COUNTY SEWER & WATER SYSTEM — PHASE TWO <br />PRIVATE PROPERTY RESEARCH & DESIGN <br />GENERAL INFORMATION <br />The purpose of thisAmendmentNumber 1 to Work Order Number 10 is to authorize Masteller & Moler, <br />Inc. to provide Research and Design for the Private Property water & sewer connections for this project. <br />A brief description of the scope of services and deliverables for this Amendment 1:is provided as follows: <br />SCOPE OF SERVIC <br />Research and Design of water and sewer connections for approximately 200 private property parcels <br />Masteller & Molerinc. will provide engineering services including research, field visits, and design <br />generally including the following: <br />1. Research and collect necessary data and prepare preliminary design of the most cost-effective <br />sanitary sewer and potable water connections for approximately 200 private property parcels. <br />2. Prepare final design construction plans showing and describing each private parcel sanitary sewer <br />connection '(gravity or pump station/force main) to the project's public sewer system and the <br />potable water service pipeline from the project's public water system to the house. <br />3. Revise and/or amend public right-of-way construction plans as needed to eliminate any <br />inconsistencies with the private property utility construction plans. <br />4. Prepare quantity take -off and form of proposal for private property portion of the project to <br />facilitate contractor's construction contract negotiations with the County. <br />Note: IRCDUS to provide the latest aerial photo plans of the project area for our use as Base Plans to <br />prepare our scaled final design plans of each private property parcel. <br />Deliverables — The ENGINEER shall provide the COUNTY: <br />• Final Private:Property Design Plans 1 Hard Copy Set & 1 Electronic <br />• Copy of form of proposal of quantities <br />TIME SCHEDULE <br />The estimated timeframe for completion of Research, Field Visits, 90 Calendar Days <br />and Final Design Plains (after Contractor's Notice of Commencement Date): <br />FEE SCHEDULE <br />Masteller & Moler, Inc. proposes to provide the outlined Scope of Services based on the following fees: <br />Private Property Portion of the Project Research, $ 159,885.00 <br />Field Visits, and Final Design Plans <br />Not To Exceed Fee - See Attachment 1 <br />Estimated Fee Breakdown) <br />FBe#1422-3 - Exhibit "A" - 1 <br />(1422-3_S2S_Phase2-WO10-AmendOl-Private_21-0602.docx) <br />
