The subject property is located in an area deemed suited <br />for low density residential uses and meets all applicable rezoning <br />criteria. For these reasons, staff supports the request. <br />Recommendation <br />Based on the analysis, staff and the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />recommend that the Board of County Commissioners approve this <br />request to rezone the subject property from A-1 to RS -3. <br />Commissioner Bird asked if they will get access to both the <br />paved road and the unpaved road, and Community Development Director <br />Robert Keating explained that in this case they will not be <br />accessing Kings Highway because Kings Highway is a principal <br />arterial.
