621 <br />Section 207.11. Flea Market requirements. <br />The owner or operator of a flea market, antique mall, or similar <br />operation is charged with the responsibility of seeing that each <br />person renting a stall has a valid Indian River County occupational <br />license. This may be accomplished by one of the following: <br />Section 207.12. Tax collector fee. <br />The tax collector shall receive 10% of the fees collected -the first year <br />with the latitude of the Commission to increase the percentage in <br />future years to recoup the cost of collection. <br />Section 207.13. Chandler <br />County Administrator <br />:iert,clb. <br />N CONC NCE: <br />Reatin A C <br />Community Develop ent n rector <br />FROM: Sasan Rohani, AICP S 1� <br />Chief, Long -Range Planning <br />DATE: June 19, 1995 <br />RE: Consideration of Economic Development Marketing Plan <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their regular <br />meeting of June 27, 1995. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Among the policies of the county's adopted Overall Economic <br />Development Plan (OEDP) is one which commits the county to prepare <br />an economic development marketing plan. Over the past year, county <br />staff have coordinated with the Chamber of Commerce and Council of <br />100 to prepare the required marketing plan. Consequently, the <br />marketing plan is a product of coordination among county planning <br />staff, the Chamber of Commerce, and the Council of 100. <br />The Economic Development Marketing Plan consists of several <br />components, including a target industry section; a discussion of <br />marketing strategies; the marketing program; a monitoring and <br />evaluation section; and a general cost benefit analysis of the <br />pian. <br />55 <br />JUNE 279 1995 <br />
