SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR PERMIT NO. 2I-07 <br />FOR <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY PROPOSED REPLACEMENT OF <br />4TH STREET CULVERT IN SUB -LATERAL D-4 (90TH; AVENUE) CANAL, <br />COUNTY PROJECT NO. IRC -2022, LOCATED IN TRACT 9, <br />SEC'T'ION 15-33-38 <br />(1) This permit is issued based on plans entitled, "4th Street Culvert Replacement at <br />901h Avenue — County ' Project IRC -2022'', prepared by Indian River County <br />Department of Public Works — Engineering Division, designed by James W. <br />Ennis, P.E. and dated October 8, 2020. <br />(2) Proposed culvert shall be a minimum 96"diameter R.C.P. installed with a South <br />Invert = 13.29 and North Invert = 13.09 (N.A.V.D.-88). <br />(3). Indian River Farms Water Control District recommends that all proposed steel <br />bar pipe connections and related nuts and bolts to be stainless steel. SS) <br />(4) Drainage in Lateral "D" (4th Street) Canal and Sub -lateral D-4 (90th Avenue) <br />Canal shall be provided and maintained at all times during construction phase. <br />The method and timeline of any temporary blockage, and drainage by-pass <br />requirements of said canals during construction shall be reviewed and approved <br />by the Indian River Farms Water Control District's Superintendent, David E. <br />Gunter, (Phone: 772-562-2141) in advance of proposed construction, .and shall be <br />coordinated with the District on a day-to-day basis throughout the construction <br />phase of the project. <br />(5) All final grading of proposed improvements adjacent to District canals shall be <br />away from top of bank with sufficient drainage provided to prevent ponding of <br />surface water and overbank discharge of stormwater intosaid canals. <br />(6) A copy of this permit, including all standard provisos and special conditions shalt <br />be provided to the Contractor for the project. <br />J:UEC\SPEC COND-PROVISOS12021 PermitsVdwcd-spec cond,permit 21-07.doc <br />-1- <br />
