We consider them to be a <br />premier contractor in their field and we do not hesitate to recommend them for you project <br />needs. <br />North American Specialty Insurance Company has an A.M. Best rating of "A+, XV" and <br />provides a bonding program to Florida Site Contracting with single bond limits up to $1,500,000 <br />and an aggregate program of 53,000,000. These limits are not to be construed as maximums but <br />are established to handle the daily needs of our client. <br />As always; North American Specialty .Insurance Company reserves the right to perform standard <br />underwriting at the time of any bond request. This includes, but will not be limited to the <br />acceptability of the contract documents, bond forms and project financing. We assume no <br />liability for any reason if we do not execute the bonds as requested. This letter is not an <br />assumption of liability, nor should it be considered a bid; payment or performance bond.
