3120210049994 <br />RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF <br />JEFFREY R SMITH, CLERK OF COURT <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY FL <br />BK: 3442 PG: 208o Page 1 of 2 7/12/2021 11:21 AM' <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2021 --043- <br />A <br />043_ <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING AN <br />EASEMENT ON LOTS 27 & 28, BLOCK 20, KING'S MUSIC LANDS SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on Lots 27 & 28, <br />Block 20, of King's Music Lands Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, Abigail Andujar, the owner of the property, has made application to Indian River <br />County requesting that the County release the easement; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of the easement, as described below, serves no public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida that: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br />that it may have in the following described easements: <br />to release the south three (3) foot drainage & utility easement on Lot 28, the north three (3) foot <br />drainage & utility easement on Lot 27, less and except any portion of the east five (5) foot drainage & <br />utility easement on Lots 27 & 28, Block 2, King's Music Lands Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, <br />as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 17 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams , seconded by <br />Commissioner Flescher , and adopted on the 6th day of July , 2021, <br />by the following vote: <br />Chairman Joseph E.
