RESOLUTION NO. 2021- 044 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that <br />any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current against the following described lands <br />which were purchased by Indian River County from Ryall Development Group, LLC, a <br />Florida limited liability company, for 66th Avenue right-of-way, are hereby cancelled <br />pursuant to the authority of section 196.28, F.S. <br />See Right -of -Way Deed describing lands, recorded in <br />O.R. Book 3429, Page 2095 of the Public Records of <br />Indian River County, Florida. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams , and the <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner F1srh,-r , and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Commissioner Joseph E. Flescher AYE <br />Commissioner Peter D. O'Bryan AYE <br />Commissioner Susan Adams AYE <br />Commissioner Joseph H. Earman AYE <br />Commissioner Laura Moss AYE <br />The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution duly passed and adopted this <br />6th day of July, 2021. <br />2 <br />
