SECTION 00550 - Notice to Proceed <br />Dated <br />TO: <br />(BIDDER) <br />ADDRESS: <br />Contract For: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ROOF REPLACEMENT <br />(Insert name of Contract as it appears in the Contract Documents) <br />Project No: IRC -1764 <br />IRC Bid No. 2021036 <br />You are notified that the Contract Times under the above contract will commence to run on <br />. By that date, you are to start performing your obligations under the Contract Documents. <br />The contract has allocated 120 calendar days for Substantial Completion of this project and 150 <br />calendar days for Final Completion. In accordance with Article 4 of the Agreement the date of <br />Substantial Completion is and the date of readiness for final payment is <br />CONTRACTOR shall not commence work under this Contract until he has obtained all insurance <br />required under Article 5 and such insurance has been delivered to the OWNER and approved by <br />the OWNER, nor shall the CONTRACTOR allow any Subcontractor to commence work on his <br />subcontract until all similar insurance required of the Subcontractor has been so obtained and <br />approved.
