Agreement <br />THIS AGREEMENT is by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida <br />organized and existing under the Laws of the State of Florida, (hereinafter called OWNER) and JSR Enterprises East <br />Coast, LLC d/b/a JSR Fueling Technologies, LLC <br />(hereinafter called CONTRACTOR). OWNER and CONTRACTOR, in consideration of the mutual covenants <br />hereinafter set forth, agree as follows: <br />ARTICLE 1- WORK <br />CONTRACTOR shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work is generally <br />described as follows: <br />FURNISH MATERIAL, LABOR, AND EQUIPMENT TO REFURBISH THE <br />FLEET FACILITY FUEL ISLAND CANOPY TO NEW CONDITION AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Replace 140LF of prefinished white aluminum fascia panels and check/re-secure 276LF of existing fascia <br />panels. <br />2. Clean & reseal 532 LF of canopy gutters. <br />3. Remove, repair, and re -install twelve (12) canopy drains. <br />4. Replace 12 column trim kits. <br />5. Replace twenty-six (26) rusted 3" x 16" x 43' white ceiling panels. <br />6. Prep, prime, and paint twelve (12) canopy columns with Sherwin Williams Kern Kromik primer and finish <br />in Sherwin Williams Sher-Cyrl top coat white. <br />7. Prep, prime, and paint 732 LF of island curbs with Sherwin Williams Pro -Park safety yellow. <br />8. Prep, prime, and paint thirty-six (36) bollards with Sherwin Williams Pro -Park safety yellow. <br />9. Prep and prime upper structural steel with one coat of Sherwin Williams Pro-Cyrl primer in red oxide. <br />10. Prep, prime, and paint 10,810 SF of canopy deck with Sherwin Williams Kern Kromik primer and finish in <br />Sherwin Williams Sher-Cyrl top coat white. <br />11. Prep, prime, paint 416 LF of canopy fascia with Sherwin Williams Kern Kromik primer and finish in <br />Sherwin Williams Sher-Cyrl top coat white. <br />12. Install four (4) scuppers to relieve water at center gutters. <br />13. Replace an approximate 1000 additional deck clips to reinforce existing deck panels. (old clips are <br />rusting off) <br />14.
