Supervisor of Elections <br />Special Revenue- To account for revenues and expenditures from state <br />grants for voter education and pollworker activities. <br />Street Lighting Districts- To account for the costs of providing street lights. <br />Financing is provided by the levying of special assessments. <br />CDBG Neighborhood Stabilization <br />Program 3 Grant (NSP3)- <br />Spring Training Facility Bonds - <br />Land Acquisition Bonds - <br />To account for the proceeds from the Community <br />Development Block Neighborhood Stabilization Program 3 <br />Grant. The purpose of this grant is to provide <br />neighborhood stabilization through resale of housing units <br />purchased with the grant funds. <br />DEBT SERVICE FUNDS <br />To account for the accumulation of State assistance and <br />tourist tax monies pledged to pay the principal, interest, <br />and fiscal charges on the Spring Training Facility Bonds. <br />To account for the accumulation of ad valorem taxes to <br />pay the principal, interest, and fiscal charges related to <br />the Land Acquisition Bonds and Note. <br />MAJOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND <br />Optional Sales Tax- To account for revenues generated by the local option one <br />cent sales tax.
