Mr. Samir Ahmed <br />Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. <br />June 30, 2021 <br />Page 4 <br />All project days are considered consecutive weekdays and are scheduled to begin at 7:00 or 3:00 am local <br />time unless otherwise stated. In order to mitigate safety and quality risk, TRC policy limits work to 14 <br />hours per shift, with a consecutive 10 hours off-duty between shifts. Different arrangements are possible, <br />pending upper management approval. We recommend scheduling projects a minimum of two weeks In <br />advance to allow for the optimum allocation of resources. <br />Deliverables <br />TRC will provide Geosyntec with the following deliverables: <br />A draft of the report will be submitted no more than Twenty-one calendar days after the completion <br />of testing and receipt of all facility operational data. <br />The final report will be submitted to Geosyntec no more than five calendar days after the receipt of <br />all Geosyntec comments. Geosyntec is responsible for submitting the report to the required <br />regulatory agency(s). <br />Price for Services <br />TRC will charge Geosyntec a lump sum fee of $7,275 to complete the Proposed Scope of Services in <br />accordance with the Proposed Test Program Schedule.
