RESOLUTION NO. 2021- <br />4. The assessments, as shown on the attached Exhibit 'A," shall stand confirmed, and will <br />remain legal, valid, and binding first, liens against the property against which such <br />assessments are made until paid. <br />5. The assessments shown on Exhibit "A," attached to Resolution No. 2020-111, were recorded <br />by the County on the public records of Indian River County, and the lien shall remain prima <br />facie evidence of its validity. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner and the <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner and, upon being put to a. vote, <br />the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Joseph E. Flescher <br />Vice Chairman Peter D. O'Bryan <br />Commissioner Susan Adams <br />Commissioner Joseph H. Earman <br />Commissioner Laura Moss <br />The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution duly passed and adopted this 18th day of <br />May, 2021. <br />Attest: Jeffrey R.
