Work Order No. 10 for Masteller & Moler, Inc., North Sebastian Water and Sewer Project <br />Phase 2 — Construction Services <br />Background: <br />Indian River County Department of Utility Services (IRCDUS) is preparing to move into the construction phase <br />of the North Sebastian Phase 2 Water and Sewer project. Staff is seeking construction administration and <br />observation services to support the project. <br />Analysis: <br />On May 18, 2021, the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) approved the renewal and Amendment No. <br />1 to the Continuing Contract Agreement for Professional Services with Masteller & Moler, Inc. (M&M). In <br />accordance with that agreement, M&M, which provided design, permitting, and bidding services to the <br />project, will provide professional services related to construction administration and observation as <br />described in Work Order #10, attached. <br />Funding: <br />There are various funding sources for this project. Staff has secured cost share grants from Saint Johns <br />River Water Management District (SJRWMD) and the Indian River Lagoon National Estuary. Program <br />(IRLNEP) as well as a Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Water Quality Restoration <br />grant.
