Lessee intends to develop a <br />learning center (ELC) for the use and benefit of the people of Indian River County and of the State of <br />Florida. (as applicable): <br />2 Boat Slips, used for a 10-16 passenger pontoon tour vessel; across street at the ELC 10 Trailer <br />Parking Spaces; 360 Linear Feet of Boardwalk; 2 — 4 public vessel mooring sites close to existing facility <br />used by cruisers on the ICW. <br />6. The ELC charges $35 for adults and $15 for <br />children for Eco Pontoon tours of the Lagoon with a captain and a naturalist to provide <br />education on the unique estuary environment.
