3. Child care centers for more than five (5) children who are not related to <br />the operator; <br />4. Dog grooming services; <br />5. Food service establishments; <br />6. Funeral chapels, funeral homes; <br />7. Giftshops; <br />8. Massage parlors; <br />9. Nursing homes; <br />10. Medical or dental laboratories; <br />11. Outdoor repair; <br />12. Rental of any equipment or other items; <br />13. Restaurants; <br />14. Veterinary hospitals and clinics; <br />15. Similar uses not strictly in compliance with this section and the spirit <br />and intent of the zoning ordinance and the Indian River County <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br />(D) Use limitations. Except as set forth in subsection (G) below, in to addition to <br />the regulations applicable in the zoning district in which located, all home <br />occupations shall be subject to the following limitations and requirements. <br />1. Location. A home occupation shall be conducted within a dwelling <br />which is the bona fide residence of the principal practitioner or in any <br />building accessory thereto which is normally associated with a residential <br />use. <br />2. Merchandise. No stock in trade shall be displayed or sold on the <br />premises. <br />3. Exterior alterations. No alterations to the exterior appearance of the <br />principal residence or premises shall be made which change the character <br />thereof as a residence. <br />4. Outdoor display or storage. No outside display of goods or outside <br />storage of equipment or material used in the home occupation shall be <br />permitted. <br />5. Employees. No persons other than an occupant of the dwelling shall be <br />allowed to work on the premises. Non-resident employees may be <br />
