(iv) The activities of the home occupation are secondary to the <br />property's use as a residential dwelling. <br />(v) The business activities comply with the County Land <br />Development Regulations or state regulations with respect to <br />signage and equipment or processes that create noise, vibration, <br />heat, smoke, dust glare, fumes, or noxious odors. <br />(vi) All business activities comply with any relevant local, state, and <br />federal regulations with respect to the use storage, or disposal of <br />any corrosive, combustible, or other hazardous or flammable <br />materials or liquids. <br />Section 912.10. - Construction; building permit review, approval, inspection. <br />The building division reviews, approves, permits, and inspects regulated construction <br />activities. <br />(1) Construction activities for which application approvals and/or permits are required <br />include the following: <br />(a) Permits or approvals given over-the-counter (while you wait) include: <br />[1.] Driveway construction/uncovered slab permit; <br />[2] Fence/wall permit; <br />[3.] Accessory structures permit; <br />[4] Demolition permit; <br />[5] Re -roofing permit; <br />[6] Minor alteration permit; <br />[7.] Construction and subcontractor "trade" permits (electrical, plumbing, <br />mechanical). <br />(b) Permits or approvals requiring more detailed review include: <br />[1] Concurrency certificate; <br />[2] Construction of single-family home (including alterations/additions); <br />[3] Tree removal and land clearing permit; <br />[4] Right-of-way permit; <br />[5] Type "C" stormwater management permit; <br />[6.] Pond permit; <br />
