SECTION 00310 Copy BID FORM South County RO, Plant Improvement Bid2� 0 THIS BID IS SUBMITTED TO: Indian River County Purchasing Division 1800 2r Street Vero Beach, FL 32960 1. The undersigned Bidder proposes and agrees, if this Bid. is accepted, to enter into an agreement with Owner in the form included in the Contract Documents to perform and furnish all work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents for the Contract Price and within the Contract Time indicated in the Contract Documents and in accordance with the other terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. 2. Bidder accepts all of the terms and conditions of the Advertisement for Bids and Instructions to Bidders. This Bid will remain subject to acceptance for: ninety (90) days after the day of Bid opening. Bidder will sign and submit the Agreement with the insurance and other documents required by the Owner within fifteen (15) days after the date of Owner's Notice of Award. 3. Please refer to the. specifications and construction drawings labeled: South Oslo Road WTP Improvements. (b) Bidders are notified that the estimates of the quantities of the various items of Work and materials as set forth in the Bid Proposal (Schedule of Bid Items) are approximate only and are given solely to be used as a uniform basis for the comparison of Bids. The quantities actually required to complete the Project and Work may be less or more than so estimated, and, if so, no action for damages or for loss -of profits shall accrue to the CONTRACTOR by reasonthereof. (c) This Bid is genuine and not made in the interest of or on behalf of any undisclosed person, firm, or corporation and is not submitted in conformity with any agreement or rules of any group, association, organization or corporation; Bidder has not directly or indirectly induced or solicited any other Bidder to submit 00310-1. 146
