Ennis, P.E., PMP, Asst. Public Works Director <br />FROM: David W. Schryver, PSM, Indian River County Surveyor <br />SUBJECT: 661h Avenue - Amendment No. 10 to Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc. (IRC -1505) <br />DATE: June 3, 2021 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />In 1995, the widening of 66th Avenue, from 2 -lanes to a 4 -lane divided roadway, was added to the <br />Indian River County Long Range Transportation Plan. In 2005, the Board of County Commissioners <br />approved an Engineering/Land Surveying Services Agreement with Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc. Nine <br />(9) amendments have been approved to date. <br />Amendment No. 10 provides for revisions to the 66th Avenue right-of-way map due to roadway design <br />and right-of-way changes. This includes revising the right-of-way map to reflect the revised right-of- <br />way location; revising land acquisition legal descriptions and certified land corner records.
