RESOLUTION NO. 2021- A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING EASEMENTS ON LOTS 1, 2,3 & 4, BLOCK 3, KING'S MUSIC LANDS SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in drainage and utility easements on Lots 1, 2, 3, & 4, Block 3, of King's Music Lands Subdivision; and WHEREAS, Miguel B. Solis & Lupita Ramos, owners of the property, have made application to Indian River County requesting that the County release the easements; and WHEREAS, the retention of the easements, as described below, serves no public purpose; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may have in the following described easements: to allow for the release of the north three (3) foot drainage & utility easements on Lots 2, 3, 4 and the south three (3) foot drainage & utility easements on Lots 1, 2, 3, less and except any portions of the west five (5) foot drainage & utility easement on Lots 1, 2, 3, & 4, Block 3, King's Music Lands Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 17 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Elorida;:whose mailing:.addiess is 101 21`th"Stre'of;:.Vero Beach; Florida3'2960.
