RESOLUTION NO. 95- 79 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, FORMALLY ACCEPTING <br />EASEMENTS FOR UTILITY PURPOSES ONLY IN SUNDOWNERS <br />SUBDIVISION. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County is in the process of installing water lines <br />in Sundowners Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with this project, it is necessary for the County <br />to install its water lines in certain utility easements in Sundowners <br />Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 87, of the public records of <br />Indian River County, Florida; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED <br />BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, that <br />the Board hereby formally accepts <br />for <br />utility purposes only the street and easements, or any part thereof, as <br />offered to the County in the Certificate of Dedication shown on the plat of <br />the above -referenced subdivision. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Eggert , and <br />the motion was seconded by Commissioner Adams , and, upon being put to <br />a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Kenneth R. Macht Aye <br />Vice Chairman Fran B. Adams Aye <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Commissioner Carolyn K. Eggert Aye <br />Commissioner John W.
