(95-66) was published in the Vero Beach PRESS JOURNAL on June 12, <br />1995 (see attached agenda item and minutes of the above meeting). <br />ANALYSIS <br />Design of the water distribution system is complete. An <br />informational meeting was held for the benefit of the property <br />owners on June 20, 1995. The total estimated cost to be assessed is <br />$47,899.64. The cost per square foot is $0.0712649. Approval of <br />the attached Resolution III will confirm and approve the preliminary <br />assessment. The attached map displays the area to benefit from the <br />assessment project.-- This project is to be paid through the <br />assessment of property owners along the proposed water line route. <br />In the interim, financing will be through the use of impact fee <br />funds. <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends -that the <br />Board of County Commissioners approve Resolution III, which affirms <br />the preliminary assessment on the subject project. , <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone <br />wished to be heard in this matter.,',.,There being none, he closed the <br />public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 95-81, confirming the special assessments <br />in connection with a water main extension to <br />Sundowners Subdivision and providing for special <br />assessment liens to be made of record. <br />Public Hearing (Third Reso. ) <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-8_ <br />IN THE RECOhi. ,- <br />JEFFREY K.
