Davis, P.E. <br />Public Works Directo, <br />f� <br />SUBJECT: Developers Agreement for County Constructing Widening Improvements to <br />Old Dixle Highway in Exchange for Developer Deeding Additional Right -of - <br />Way along 1 st Street SW West of 58th Avenue. <br />DATE: June 28, 1995 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Bobby J. Heirs and Pamela Heirs Butz, developers of North - South Plaza (located west <br />of Old Dbde Highway north of 12th Street) and owners of a 20 acre grove on the north side <br />of 1 st Street SW west of Kings Highway, have agreed to deed 30' of additional right-of- <br />way(.46 acres) for 1st Street SW in exchange for the county performing left turn lane <br />widening along Old Dixie Highway to serve a new driveway for North - South Plaza now <br />under construction. The value of the right-of-way is $10,465.04 (including citrus trees) <br />and the estimated cost of Old Dixie Highway widening is $10,944. The needed 1 st. Street <br />SW right-of-way is the only remaining parcel to be acquired to implement special <br />assessment paving as requested by a petition received from the property owners along <br />the road. <br />JULY 119 1995 30 <br />
