Assessments are to be paid within 90 days or in 2 equal installments, the first to be <br />made twelve months from the due date and subsequent payments to be due yearly from the <br />due date . at an interest .rate of 8.5% established by the Board of County Commissioners. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />Since the final assessment to the benefitted owners is less than the preliminary assessment <br />roll, the only alternative presented is to approve the final assessment roll. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />It is recommended that the final assessment roll and the "As -Built Resolution" for the <br />paving of the above mentioned road be approved by the Board of County Commissioners <br />and that it be transferred to the Tax Collector for recording in the "Assessment Lien Book" <br />and for collection. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 95-82 certifying "As -Built" costs for <br />certain paving and drainage improvements to 33rd <br />Street (Cherry Lane) between 66th Avenue and 58th <br />Avenue, designated as Project No. 8843. <br />As -Built (Fourth Reso.) <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-82 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY CERTIFYING <br />"AS -BUILT" COSTS FOR CERTAIN PAVING AND DRAINAGE <br />IMPROVEMENTS Td 33RD STREET (CHERRY LANE) BETWEEN <br />66TH AVENUE AND 58TH AVENUE, DESIGNATED AS PROJECT <br />NO. 8843, AND OTHER CONSTRUCTION NECESSITATED BY <br />SUCH PROJECT; PROVIDING FOR FORMAL COMPLETION <br />DATE, AND DATE FOR PAYMENT WITHOUT PENALTY AND <br />INTEREST. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County determined that the improvements described herein <br />specially benefited the property located within the boundaries as <br />JULY 119 1995 34 <br />
