Construction of bus station im, oproverrients in conjunction with the programmed widening of County <br />Road 510. Improvements to include a restroom facility with covered shelter for passengers at the North <br />County Transit Flub. The improvements will be located on the west side of CR 510 just north of <br />Sebastian River High School at 9001 90th Avenue (aka CR 510). The improvements will be located on <br />a stormwater pond parcel to be dedicated to Indian' River County by FDO T as part of the CR 510 <br />widening project. The facility will be owned by Indian River County and operated and maintained by <br />the County and the transit service contractor. Indian River County certifies an independent cost <br />estimate will be prepared and available on file along with the corresponding cost/price analysis for the <br />scope of work of the project. Construction management of the project will be conducted in-house and <br />the project oversight will be contracted out.
