Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs incurred in <br />connection with the transactions contemplated hereby. Purchaser shall bear the costs of recordation, together <br />with any deed or stamp taxes arising with respect to the recordation of any of the Closing Documents. Any <br />transfer taxes incurred in connection with the transfer of the Tower Assets shall be paid solely by the Seller. <br />g. Limitation on Liability.
