7A <br />PRO CLAMA TION <br />HONORING DIANE GRABENBAUER ONHER RETIREMENT FROM <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />DEPARTMENT OF EMERGENCY SERVICES/FIRE RESCUE <br />WHEREAS, Diane Grabenbauer retired from Indian River County Department of <br />Emergency Services Fire Rescue Division effective May 29, 2021; and <br />WHEREAS, Diane Grabenbauer began her career on January S, 1998, as a Paramedic <br />and within three years was promoted to Emergency Medical Services Lieutenant and <br />with the merging of the fire and EMS departments in 2006 she became a Solo <br />Paramedic in which position she served until her retirement, and <br />WHEREAS, Diane Grabenbauer has served this County and the Public with <br />distinction and selflessness. During her twenty-three years of service, her quiet <br />demeanor, empathetic nature, and quick wit earned her the trust of her patients and <br />respect of her co-workers. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board <br />applauds Paramedic Grabenbauer's efforts on behalf of the County, and the Board <br />wishes to express their deepest gratitude for the dedicated service she has given to the <br />residents and guests of Indian River County; and <br />BE IT FURTHER PROCLAIMED that the Board of County Commissioners and staff <br />extend their sincerest wishes for success in his future endeavors. <br />Adopted this 8th day of June, 2021. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />INDIANRIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />Joseph E.
