Satisfaction and release of Lots 3, <br />(4461 311t Avenue) and Lot 5 (4475 31' Avenue) of Lincoln Park Estates Subdivision, <br />according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 88, of the Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida.
